Statewide Systems Project
February 6, 1997 This report analyzes the costs and benefits of Minnesota's Statewide Systems Project, a computer development project that replaced existing accounting and procurement systems and created a new payroll and personnel system for state government. The project was "moderately successful" but costs were 50 percent higher than expected and many expected benefits have not materialized |
