Prevailing Wages
February 5, 2007This report evaluates the administration and enforcement of Minnesota’s prevailing wage law. We found that enforcement is inadequate and recommend changes in state law and funding to correct enforcement deficiencies. We also recommend improvements in the process used by the Department of Labor and Industry to set prevailing wage rates.
