Oversight of Workers' Compensation
February 23, 2009Our evaluation found that Minnesota’s workers’ compensation system works well for many injured workers. But for some, the system fails to meet its goals of timely medical recovery and return to work. We make several recommendations to improve program oversight and accountability.
