Representative Rick Hansen, Chair, called the Legislative Audit Commission (LAC) meeting to order at 2:35 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the stay-at-home and social distancing guidelines in place for the state of Minnesota, this meeting was held using the Zoom conferencing web application.
Representative Hansen said that since the meeting materials were not available until a few hours prior to the start of the meeting, the meeting would need to be postponed until the following week. He asked that the recording secretary poll the legislative assistants to find a day and time where a quorum was available to meet early the following week.
With no further business, Representative Hansen adjourned the meeting at 2:38 p.m.
