The Legislative Audit Commission (LAC) has directed OLA to evaluate 12 topics. OLA is in the process of evaluating 6 of the 12 topics:

1. Autism Spectrum Disorder Services in Public Schools: Student Identification and Coordination with EIDBI Services
2. Automatic Voter Registration (with a Department of Public Safety focus)
3. Board of Animal Health (BAH) Oversight of Companion Animals
4. Minnesota Board of Public Defense
5. Minnesota Department of Health: Assisted Living Facility Licensing
6. State Regulation of Nursing Home Care

OLA will begin work on the remaining topics as staff are available:
