Topics for evaluation by OLA's Program Evaluation Division are selected by the Legislative Audit Commission (LAC). Suggestions come from legislators, legislative staff, citizens, public interest groups, financial audits, past evaluations, and OLA staff. Requests may be submitted by phone, e-mail, interview, letter, committee resolution, or formal petition to the Legislative Audit Commission.
Evaluation Subcommittee. To review the many requests and suggestions submitted each year, the commission establishes an Evaluation Subcommittee. The members of the subcommittee for (2025-2026) are:
