Senator Ann H. Rest, Chair, called the Legislative Audit Commission (LAC) meeting to order at 11:52 a.m. in room 120 State Capitol. Roll call was taken; a quorum was present. Senator Rest then asked Senator Dibble, Chair of the Evaluation Subcommittee, for a report on the subcommittee’s meeting. Senator Dibble named the four program evaluation topics the subcommittee had approved to recommend to the LAC. Senator Dibble then moved the four topics selected by the subcommittee for LAC approval as follows:
Senator Rest asked for member discussion. Seeing none, a roll call vote was taken, and the motion passed unanimously. With no further business before the commission, Senator Rest adjourned the meeting at 11:57 a.m.
