The legislatively mandated consolidation of state government’s information technology (IT) services remains a work in progress, and state agency satisfaction with the Office of Minnesota Information Technology Services (MNIT) is mixed. Our report offers recommendations to improve MNIT’s effectiveness and legislative oversight of IT services.
