Metro Mobility is the Metropolitan Council’s transportation service for individuals with disabilities and other health conditions in the Twin Cities area. We found that the Council applies different service standards when scheduling Metro Mobility rides in different geographic service areas, and Metro Mobility trip providers struggled to meet performance goals related to the timeliness of service in Fiscal Year 2023. We also identified several issues with the complaints process. We make several recommendations to the Council for improvements.
