Judy Randall was appointed Legislative Auditor on November 9, 2021. She also continues to serve as Deputy Legislative Auditor for the Program Evaluation Division, a position to which she was first appointed in June 2015. Ms. Randall has more than 20 years of experience with the Office of the Legislative Auditor, serving for ten years as an evaluation manager for the Program Evaluation Division. She holds a bachelor’s degree in math and economics from Northwestern University and master’s degrees in economics and education policy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
