Katherine Theisen is OLA’s Director of Special Reviews Division. She was named to that position in April 2022. Ms. Theisen has been with OLA since 2015, serving as an evaluator for the Program Evaluation Division. She has a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the College of St. Benedict and St. John’s University, and a master’s degree in public health from Emory University.
