The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) are modernizing the system used to sell hunting and fishing licenses and to title and register watercraft and recreational vehicles. The project is a year behind its original launch date and continues to encounter challenges. We identified ongoing concerns that could impact the project’s overall success and contribute to further delays in launching the new system.
